Automatic Horizontal Honing Machine BHASS-150

All development of the BHASS-150 was done focused on a process with high productivity and performance in the finishing of the parts. The machine is extremely easy to set up and operate, allowing even inexperienced people to perform the required work.

• Length range: Up to 180 mm.
• Cooling system: With decantation and cartridge filter with capacity of 160 liters.
• Radial speed of the product controlled by frequency inverter.
• Axial speed controlled by servo motor and HMI.

• System with two linear guides in axial movement.
